The special shape of the spiral allows the dough to be perfectly mixed within a few minutes.
The bowl, spiral and dough cutter are made of 304 stainless steel
Available in 1 or 2 speed versions, with single-phase or three-phase current
Quiet chain drive with oil bath gearbox
Emergency stop function when raising the safety grille
Built-in timer and casters included as standard
The single-phase 2-speed version also has a reversing function
