The RS is a compact twin-arm dough mixer designed for professional use.
The RS series consists of three different models, all featuring a two-speed design:
RS12 (12 kg of dough), RS24 (24 kg of dough), and RS48 (48 kg of dough).The RS series is particularly suitable for kneading basic doughs such as pizza, bread, and focaccia.
Key features: two-speed arm drive system (38 and 52 strokes per minute), compact twin-arm design, fully removable kneading arms, dual-channel emergency stop system (Safety Torque Off), touch screen control panel, and high-efficiency induction motor.
The touch screen control panel and high-efficiency induction motor deliver high torque with minimal energy consumption and quiet operation.
Thanks to the fully removable arms, the machine is extremely easy and quick to empty and clean.
