The BTs series represents the top of the range of two-arm kneading machines.
It features the same mixing capacity and dimensions as the RS series, but is equipped with an advanced five-speed inverter-controlled arm drive system, allowing speed adjustment between 35 and 65 beats per minute.
Thanks to this, BTs machines are suitable for processing virtually any type of dough.The series consists of three models:
- BT12s (12 kg of dough)
- BT24s (24 kg of dough)
- BT48s (48 kg of dough)
The BTs series is particularly recommended for kneading pizza dough, bread dough, focaccia, high-hydration doughs, as well as long-fermentation, large-volume doughs.
