The classic Helix range features fixed bowl mixers with dough capacities ranging from 20 to 200 kg.
All models come with 2 speeds and a timer. From 160 kg upwards, models can optionally be equipped with a digital or touchscreen control panel.
- Helix 20–120: Power ranges from 1.5 to 5.8 kW, with bowl volumes from 45 to 180 liters.
- Helix 160–200: Power ranges from 9.2 to 11.2 kW, with bowls up to 270 liters.
- Spiral and bowl speeds are independently controlled: approx. 100/200 RPM (spiral) and 9–11 RPM (bowl).

🔸 Helix AR – Self-Tipping Models
The AR models are designed for setups requiring automatic dough unloading, such as tipping into lifters or bowl carts.

- Power: 5.1 to 11.2 kW.
- Weight ranges from 1050 to 1290 kg, offering industrial-grade stability.
Perfect for medium to large-scale production environments where automation and labor reduction are key.
🔹 Helix VE – Removable Bowl Models
The VE series offers removable bowls, ideal for easier cleaning, batch handling, and switching between different dough types.
- Available in 160 and 200 kg capacities.
- Same motor specs as fixed-bowl equivalents: 9.2–11.2 kW.
- Controlled via digital or touchscreen panel (TS/ID).
